Tax Refund Season is the Time to Remodel

The holidays are over, the new year has begun, and soon tax refund season will be here. As we continue to spend more time at home, this is the perfect opportunity to create a living space you can enjoy. A few well-chosen home improvements will not only improve your quality of life but may increase your home’s value as well.

Here are some projects to consider:

  • Frequently used bathrooms can look worn and dingy. Change out the faucets and mirror for an easy update. Replace the existing floor with a bright, easy-to-clean tile for a brand new look.
  • The kitchen is often the center of the home. Install new resilient flooring to this high-traffic area and a fresh coat of paint to the walls to update this room’s feel.
  • Living spaces should be somewhere you can relax, unwind, and spend time with family. Create an inviting setting with new carpeting or hardwood floors that fit your decor and lifestyle.

Let us help you make your time spent at home enjoyable and add value to your home as well.
